We are a pet-friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs with a maximum of two pets per apartment. There is a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply — please contact our leasing team for full details.

Yes, we offer both garage and surface parking options for residents at an additional monthly cost. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest parking is also available on-site.

Move-in costs typically include the first month's rent, a security deposit (usually equal to one month's rent), and any applicable pet fees. An application fee is required at the time of application. Exact amounts will be outlined in your lease agreement.
Guests are welcome at The 501 Franklin. We ask that guests staying longer than 3 consecutive nights be registered with the leasing office. All guests must follow community rules and guidelines during their stay.
